Data Processing Agreement

For beta use, you are the controller and Atune is the processor of any personal data you intentionally provide through identity features. Atune processes it only to provide the service and under your instructions.

Do not send special-category data. Atune stores its primary database and application hosting in the EU (Frankfurt). Some sub-processors (Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Resend for email) are US companies and may process data outside the EU. Atune supports verified access, export, and deletion requests via privacy@useatune.com.

This is a beta DPA summary and must be replaced or approved by Atune's legal owner before public availability.
