Privacy notice
Atune processes product-behavior data to help software teams understand active customers. We act as processor for identity data that you intentionally send after accepting the Data Processing Agreement.
What we process
Behavioral events, account identifiers, and – only when enabled by you – identity traits such as names and emails. We do not fingerprint users or scrape request bodies.
Cookies
On our website and docs we use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics, which measures visits, and advertising tags from platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn, which measure how our ads perform. They load only if you accept in the cookie banner. Before you choose, nothing is loaded and no request is sent to these companies. Declining is as easy as accepting. Google, Meta and LinkedIn may process your IP address and set cookies such as _ga, _gcl_au and _fbp; they are US companies. Your choice is stored in the atune_consent cookie for 12 months.
The Atune app itself never loads these tools. Sign-in is provided by Clerk at clerk.useatune.com. Clerk is only loaded when you sign in or use the app, and then sets cookies needed for signing in (__client, __client_uat) and, through Cloudflare, short-lived security cookies (__cf_bm, _cfuvid). Atune sets atune_locale to remember your language and short-lived cookies that protect the PostHog and Attio connection flows.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@useatune.com. We will verify the request and coordinate with the relevant customer, who remains the data controller.
This beta notice must be reviewed by Atune's legal owner before public availability.
