What is an active customer account?: A customer account with 3 or more events in the last 30 days, from any of its users. Events per account are not counted, so capturing more never costs more. People without a company count as users, not accounts.
Why is there no AI pricing?: Atune's AI work, from understanding your product to drafting outreach, runs on the Claude Code or Codex subscription you already have. We don't resell tokens or add an AI surcharge, so your bill only changes when your number of customers does.
What happens if I go over my plan?: Atune keeps receiving every event, so nothing is lost. On Build, insight pauses until you upgrade or drop back to 25 active accounts. On paid plans you get a 7-day grace period to move up.
Are any features locked to higher plans?: No. Every plan has the full product. You pay for more active customer accounts, never to unlock features.
Is there a limit on understand()?: Yes, a daily fair-use limit on new answers over the HTTP API: 20 on Build, 200 on Grow and 2,000 on Run. A question repeated within the hour is served from cache and does not count.
Do you charge per seat?: No. No seats, no annual contracts, no onboarding or implementation fees.
